INDEPENDENT

There are 4 levels of usage:
1. A solo courier who is promoting their own service
2. A  courier  service who is promoting their service as or with a  co-op
3. A client ( restaurant / company ) who gives  courier work.
4. A client (or restaurant / company) who gives many  couriers work and may use the FREECALL .

Regular bike couriers can maintain their clients and  offer them a modern , secure log in to PedalParcel where clients  create jobs for the courier to pick up. Pedalparcel fosters a wider relationship with other users to widen their scope of delivery.
Suitable for traditional couriers and food delivery.

We promote best practice  by asking that all users abide by local laws and guidelines and that all logistics operators have their own registered business name  and required insurance.

PedalParcel never owns your clients.

We are merely the software to facilitate a tracking the ‘service’ of parcels. You have your own address book. We don't ever own your clients. Your relationship with your clients is in everyones best interest.
